Welcome to RDU Black Car. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Service Agreement

RDU Black Car provides professional chauffeur-driven luxury transportation services throughout Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park (RTP), and surrounding areas.

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

2. Reservations

Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, email, or other approved booking methods.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation from RDU Black Car.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Quoted rates may include applicable taxes, tolls, airport fees, fuel surcharge, and gratuity unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra stops
  • Additional waiting time
  • Route changes
  • Vehicle upgrades
  • Cleaning fees
  • Damage caused by passengers

4. Payment

Payment may be collected before, during, or after the service depending on the reservation type.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

A valid payment method may be required to secure a reservation.

5. Airport Pickups

For airport arrivals, our chauffeurs monitor your flight to accommodate delays whenever possible.

Complimentary waiting time may be provided after the flight lands. Additional waiting time may be billed according to our current rates.

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight information.

6. Waiting Time

Waiting time begins after the complimentary waiting period expires.

Additional waiting time will be charged according to the applicable hourly or per-minute rate.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the vehicle and reservation type.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Airport Transfers: cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup.
  • Hourly Services: cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup.
  • Special Events or Large Vehicles: cancellation at least 72 hours before pickup.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.

8. No-Show Policy

A reservation will be considered a no-show if:

  • The passenger cannot be contacted.
  • The passenger fails to appear within the applicable waiting period.
  • Incorrect pickup information was provided by the customer.

No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.

9. Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Time changes
  • Pickup or destination changes
  • Additional stops
  • Vehicle changes

10. Passenger Capacity

Passengers and luggage must not exceed the legal capacity of the reserved vehicle.

For safety reasons, our chauffeurs cannot transport additional passengers beyond the vehicle’s approved seating capacity.

11. Child Safety Seats

Child safety seats are available upon request, subject to availability.

Customers should request child seats at the time of booking.

12. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and company property.

RDU Black Car reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if passenger behavior threatens safety or violates applicable laws.

13. Smoking, Alcohol & Illegal Activities

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all vehicles.

Alcohol consumption must comply with North Carolina laws.

Illegal drugs, weapons, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

14. Vehicle Damage

Customers are responsible for any damage caused by passengers.

Cleaning or repair charges may be applied when necessary.

15. Lost & Found

RDU Black Car is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.

We will make reasonable efforts to return recovered items.

Shipping or delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

16. Delays & Force Majeure

RDU Black Car is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Road closures
  • Traffic accidents
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

17. Vehicle Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDU Black Car shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation.

19. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely to provide transportation services, customer support, and reservation management.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.
